Postmortem

At 15:35 CET on 01/08/2022 we noticed an unintended behavior of the Dixa Messenger widget on some of the websites. The widget was not visible on the pages where it was launched.
Our engineers were immediately notified and started working on identifying the root cause of this challenge.
At 15:39 CET the fix for this issue was deployed. After several tests which confirmed that the widget is available again we updated the status page and the incident was fully resolved at 15.41 CET.
