Our operator has identified and corrected the root cause of this incident.

Monitoring
The Danish operator seems to have been able to fix the issue at 9:17 CET. This incident started at 6:09 CET. We will keep monitoring the situation until we have confirmed that everything is up and running again. We will post more details about the incident as soon as we have them.

Investigating
We have been informed by one of our telephony operators that a network outage has affected their ability to accept inbound calls in Denmark. Outbound telephony remains unaffected. We apologise for the inconvenience caused to you and your customers. We will inform this page as soon as we have more information from our operator.
