We have implemented a fix for the issue affecting Search ingestion and are currently monitoring the results.

As part of the resolution, we have temporarily disabled support for filtering by custom attributes in the Search page.
This was necessary to restore overall stability.
We expect this functionality to return soon and will provide updates as we make progress.

Investigating

We are experiencing some instability with Search ingestion, causing data searchable on the Conversation & Contact tabs of the Search page to not be up to date.
We are investigating the matter.

This does not affect any search functionality outside of the Search page.
You can use the search tab in the Dashboard overview to search for conversations.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
