On September 6th, between 00:00 and 01:00 CEST (UTC from September 5th, 22:00 to September 5th, 23:00), we will perform maintenance on the Dixa platform.

The maintenance may cause a brief disconnection from the platform. If you or your agents get disconnected, please try reloading Dixa. This should reconnect you.

Exports API (for ETL pipelines) may also become unavailable briefly, however no data will be lost in the process.

We will notify you when the maintenance has been completed.

We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused. Thanks for your understanding.
