On June 5th between 09:00 PM and 00:00 AM CEST (UTC 07:00-10:00 PM), we're going to perform a version upgrade of our database instances and Search cluster.
Regarding Analytics, ingestion of data in analytics will a bit delayed for a short period while databases are being replaced, affecting liveness of both Analytics and the Real-Time Dashboards. We will try our best to keep that delay to a minimum.
Regarding Search, no downtime is expected, although Search requests (Search page, Conversations overview, Telephony dropdown, Contacts page) may fail for the brief moment when traffic will be routed over from the old to the new and upgraded cluster.
