On November the 23rd between 09:00 pm and 00:00 am CET, we will be performing maintenance on the Dixa platform within Analytics in order to upgrade databases.

During the maintenance period ingestion of data will be on pause for a while during the upgrade, which will affect liveness of both Analytics and the Real-Time Dashboards. Loading Analytics and the Real-Time Dashboard could fail during a short period of time when traffic is being rerouted after upgrade. We will do our best to keep the delay in data ingestion to a minimum.
