At 4:42 pm CEST, our telephony service experienced unexpected and sporadic failures, resulting in disruption for some of our users using our voice channel.

We initiated an investigation immediately and quickly found the incident to be with one of our subprocessors, and had to rely on them solving the incident.

At 6:29 pm CEST, the incident was resolved, while we continued to monitor the stability.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and remain dedicated to providing a reliable service, and will continue to prioritize the resilience and stability of our infrastructure.
