At 4:42 pm CEST, our telephony service experienced unexpected and sporadic failures, resulting in disruption for some of our users using our voice channel.
We initiated an investigation immediately and quickly found the incident to be with one of our subprocessors, and had to rely on them solving the incident.
At 6:29 pm CEST, the incident was resolved, while we continued to monitor the stability.
