Today Thursday the 1st of May between 10 pm and midnight CEST, we will be performing maintenance on the Dixa platform affecting liveness of Analytics (Agent Interface + API) as well as the Real-Time Dashboards. Loading these could fail momentarily when traffic is being reestablished. As usual, we’ll try our best to keep the delay to a minimum.
